The Lift-Master Hook Plate enables any fork truck to maximize safety while lifting a load using chains, cables or ropes. The safety restraint is used to secure the Hook Plate to the fork truck, preventing it from sliding off the end of the forks. Fork openings are 6-1/4″W x 1-3/4″H – 6,000 lbs Capacity. Works in conjunction with the Battery Lifting Beam.
